Agreement to Terms

By registering for the Conference ("Event") organized by Andrew Holmes Events ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Registration and Payment

• Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received
• Early bird pricing is subject to availability
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors
• Group discounts require simultaneous registration of all group members

Cancellation and Refunds

Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the event program
• Change speakers or session times
• Alter the venue within the same city
• Reschedule the event if necessary

Code of Conduct

Attendees must:

• Behave professionally and respectfully
• Not engage in harassment or discrimination
• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines
• Not disrupt sessions or other attendees

Recording and Photography

• Photography for personal use is permitted
• Commercial photography requires written permission
• Audio/video recording of sessions is prohibited
• We may photograph/record the event for promotional use

Intellectual Property

All materials provided at the event are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Travel or accommodation issues
• Investment decisions based on event content

Force Majeure

We are not liable for event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or public health emergencies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
